Excavation Janalli

The Details

At this job in Janalli we excavated out the backyard ready for a pre-fabricated granny flat and a swim jet pool to go in. It was very tight access via the drive way so most days we had two tipper trucks squeezing their way up ready to get loaded up with dirt and stone. In total we excavated out roughly 130 tonne to get the block levelled.

We used the excavator to hammer out a huge amount of sandstone from both areas ready for the concrete slabs to be laid. We also prepped all of the trenches for the plumbing and electrical work to be done.

We had a great time getting this ready for our customer and his wife. We are glad everything is now done and they can get ready to start building the Granny Flat before the exciting arrival of their new baby.
