The Details

Old waterfront properties tend to have little to no access to the water. Site Design came up with a great design concept to provide access to the properties water front. One main issue for this individual project was the long distance from the front of the property to where we needed to place our stone material. we decided to bring everything in via a barge.

Our team constructed a sandstone stair case consisting of 30 steps in order for the property owners to easily get down the steep decent of the block. We then constructed sandstone retaining walls around the stair case to contain the sloping gardens and landscape developed by Site Design.
